Pruden Family Dentistry has deep roots in Suffolk. What started as a local dental office on Pruden Boulevard has grown into one of the most trusted practices in the area.
And in March 2026, we moved into a brand new home on Godwin Boulevard to keep up with the community that got us here.

Where it all started
The dental chair at Pruden has been serving Suffolk families longer than our current name has been on the door. The practice grew from local dentists who cared for this community for years.
When those providers moved on, the patients didn't want to start over somewhere new. So the practice carried forward.
A new chapter
In 2022, Dr. Aarthi Balusubramaniam joined as the primary practicing dentist. A Tufts University School of Dental Medicine graduate, Dr. Aarthi brought a philosophy that fit the practice perfectly.
In 2025, Dr. Anjali Patel joined and patients mention Dr. Patel as warm, personable, thorough, and kind.

The good problem
Within a few years, the practice had more patients than it had room for. The schedule was full. Families were referring other families.
The five-operatory office on Pruden Boulevard was doing everything it could, but Suffolk was growing — and so were we.
March 23, 2026
A new home on Godwin Boulevard
On March 23, 2026, Suffolk Mayor Michael D. Duman joined the team for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at our new facility, 3090 Godwin Boulevard, Suite 120.
Eight operatories instead of five. More space, modern equipment, and a building designed from the ground up with patient comfort in mind. More space means we can see more families without rushing anyone.
One of the things people value most about Pruden is that visits here don't feel like a conveyor belt. That doesn't change just because the building got bigger.
